About the Journal

ATHFAL: Jurnal Pendidikan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal containing critical studies of elementary education published by the Institute for the Study of Islamic Education (LPPM STAI Tuanku Tambusai). This journal features articles by lecturers, educational staff, educational observers, and others. This journal publishes research results that focus on critical studies of elementary education and investigate the dynamics of children's learning at the elementary school/Islamic elementary school (Islamic elementary school) level, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah/Elementary School/Primary School Teacher Education levels, such as competency analysis, learning strategies, learning theories, learning development, educator professionalism, and research findings.

ATHFAL: Jurnal Pendidikan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah  is published twice a year (June and December)
