Dinamika Kepemimpinan Adaptif dalam Membangun Organisasi Pendidikan Islam yang Resilien Pasca Disrupsi Digital

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh terjadinya disrupsi digital yang memengaruhi pola kepemimpinan dan tata kelola organisasi pendidikan Islam di lingkungan pesantren. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika kepemimpinan adaptif dalam membangun organisasi pendidikan Islam yang resilien pasca disrupsi digital di Pondok Pesantren Mukhtar Syafa’at. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi terhadap pimpinan pesantren, pengurus, tenaga pendidik, serta tenaga administrasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif dari Matthew B. Miles dan A. Michael Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, sedangkan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan adaptif mampu meningkatkan fleksibilitas organisasi pesantren melalui pola kepemimpinan kolaboratif, mendorong perubahan budaya organisasi yang lebih inovatif berbasis transformasi digital, serta memperkuat resiliensi organisasi melalui penguatan nilai religius, budaya pesantren, dan solidaritas antaranggota organisasi. Dengan demikian, kepemimpinan adaptif menjadi strategi penting dalam menjaga keseimbangan antara modernisasi pendidikan dan pelestarian nilai-nilai kepesantrenan di era digital.
